Job Responsibility
1.Development of new customers: responsible for developing photovoltaic distributors and installers in the region. To introduce the strengths of our company and products to customers, to support our company successfully becoming a new inverter supplier to customers.
2.Maintenance of existing customers: regular visits to existing customers, promotion of our new products, understanding of customers' purchasing plans, organization of after-sales, marketing personnel to conduct product training and explanation to customers to complete the sales goals.
3.Understand the information of other inverter manufacturers used by customers: product information, price, inventory. Familiar with your competitors' strengths and weaknesses.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above. Engineering-related majors (excellent graduates are welcome).
2.Proficient in English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3.Proficient in computer and MS office.
4.Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and strong ability to implement goals and plans.
5.Be willing to travel frequently.

崗位職責：

1.負責工業及儲能系統的電芯，電池模組，PACK，機架，集裝箱等做膨脹、靜載、沖擊、振動、疲勞、跌落和地震等結構力學仿真分析、數據處理和結果評價。
2.根據相關認證及規范要求，對項目產品提出材料的選擇、結構優化、工藝改進等專業建議，提升產品可靠性、輕量化和制程工藝。
3.制定工業及儲能電池及系統的結構仿真技術要求，完善力學仿真分析流程及規范。
4、參與產品技術方案的評審，對方案、加工制造部分設計合理性及工藝性進行把關。

任職要求：
1、工程力學或相關專業碩士學歷，具有較強的力學理論基礎及機械結構設計工程背景。
2.熟練使用ANSYS、HYPERMESH、ABAQUS等有限元計算軟件中的一種，掌握三維軟件的使用，具備獨立搭建模型和校正能力。
3.3年以上相關工作經驗，具有動力電池、儲能及風電行業背景優先。
4、具有良好的團隊意識和敬業精神，踏實肯干，積極主動。

崗位職責：

1、負責電池BMS軟件設計、開發、調試工作;
2、負責電池BMS性能測試、故障分析、配合測試工程師完成系統匹配測試；
3、解決實際現場客訴問題，提供問題分析及解決報告；
4、配合硬件工程師完成方案設計、硬件定型等工作，配合生產ATE老化測試等；
5、負責軟件版本發布管理相關流程。

任職要求：
1、本科及以上學歷，電子電力相關專業
2、從事BMS軟件開發經驗3年以上，有大廠工作經驗者優先；
3、熟悉軟件常用通信協議，邏輯思路清晰，責任心強，有較強的學習能力和團隊協調能力。

崗位職責：
1、產品技術支持，要求快速響應客戶問題，并能及時處理結案，必要時出差；
2、支援overseas本地售后服務中心的技術支持工作，支持安裝商對家庭光伏電站的安裝，監控，后期運維等工作；
3、整理匯總產品技術資料，收集收集匯總overseas各類市場的產品及技術信息，競爭對手信息；
4、能適應長期overseas出差，開展客戶培訓，給安裝商和最終用戶進行產品和售后流程培訓，overseas現場技術支持等工作。

任職要求：
1、電子電力、電氣工程及其自動化相關專業新近畢業生優先，擁有電力行業的相關售后服務經驗，有overseas工作經驗的優先；
2、具備熟練的電腦和辦公軟件操作能力；
3、積極主動，責任心強，具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協作意識，目標執行力強。
